BIOGRAPHY

Sarah Shoshana David performs in a wide variety of roles, from Shakespeare to aerial dance, thanks to world-class training from Jean Shelton, Richard Seyd, L. Peter Callender, Lee Strawn and Gabriela Darvash. She recently appeared to critical praise as Martha in WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF? with the nationally-recognized Northside Theatre Company of San Jose, followed by a successful run as Adriana in Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors, with the Shady Shakespeare Festival of Saratoga.

Born to a circus family, Sarah is a founding member of aerial dance company Wide Blue Yonder. She is also a principal of …And Still Dancing, and has performed with the Mark Foehringer Dance Project. Sarah is featured in the documentary 'Divertissement: Dancers Stories' which premiered in film festivals last summer. Sarah has originated roles in choreography by Mark Foehringer, John LeFan, Lisa Christenson and Edmund Novak.
